At Noor Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The item is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
You have the original order confirmation or invoice.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used perfume bottles
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Gift cards (if applicable)
Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
